What we collect

When you book a reading: your name, email, phone number (optional), date, time and place of birth, and anything you choose to share about your intention for the session.

Why we use it

Only to book and carry out your reading: to schedule the session, send the confirmation and the online meeting link, and prepare your chart.

Who processes it

Payments are handled by Stripe, and online sessions take place on Zoom. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

Only for as long as needed for your reading and any legal accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to ola@astromneme.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
